due to the incline in weather we were not able to enjoy the lazy pool, nor the pool. I really enjoyed the room and will definitely return in the future.

Our keys to our room didn’t work so we called down to office and had to wait 30 minutes for security to bring new ones while we waited outside in the cold for 30 min. The room smelled bad and we woke up with bug bites the next day. Front office people were not courteous.

The high pressure sales tactics from pre-arrival onward under the guise of good service was certainly off-putting. The lack of dining on the property is not obvious from the website but you should bring your own food unless you want to eat cereal and chicken nuggets your whole stay. The kids activities were great!

The room was clean. I appreciated being able to communicate via text for anything that I needed. It was a little cold so we didn't go into the water, but walked around the grounds and the hot tubs and pools looked nice and people were in the hot tub.
