Hotel is fine. Staff is very friendly. It’s the live music next door. It goes past 11pm on WEEKNIGHTS! Ruined our stay. Kids struggled to sleep - very grumpy the next day. Not good when on vacation. Would not come back if they payed me.

They gave someone our room

I was going to leave 2 stars but i actually liked the hotel Its quit clean and friendly environment but they did give a couple our room at night so while we were sleeping they came in!!! This was our first time ever staying in a Hyatt hotel.

We have stayed at this property several times and this stay was much less enjoyable. The breakfast which used to be extra special was substandard this time with hot items being cold (used microwave to warm foods) and no variety from day to day. The bar had no wine or beer or any liquor to speak of. The ice machine continued to be broken. The vacant room next door had a broken fire alarm that continued to go off until it was yanked out of the wall at 11:00 at night. So disappointed this time. Guess we will look for another hotel when we go to San Antonio. Sad.
