* Heater in the room was not working, but front desk attendant gave us another room. * When exiting the elevator, there is no signage to direct which room numbers are to the left and which are to the right. * Drinks/snacks for same & microwave are behind the counter giving customers the feeling they cannot access this area. * Hyatt welcome sign was a nice surprise, however my name was misspelled.
