Welcome to your San Antonio getaway in the heart of Castle Hills, one of the city’s most desirable and well-established neighborhoods. This home puts you in a great location — just minutes from the airport and close to top attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

This is a brand-new listing with everything new inside. We didn’t use second-hand furniture or basic mattresses. The beds, furniture, and linens are all higher quality, so the house feels fresh, comfortable, and well put together from the moment you arrive.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests and has two full bathrooms. There’s a TV in every room so no one has to fight over what to watch.

The game room is one of the highlights of the house. It’s equipped with ping pong, air hockey, an 85-inch TV, and retro arcade games that both kids and adults enjoy. It gives everyone a fun space to hang out and play without leaving the house.

Out back, you’ll find a six-person hot tub along with a propane BBQ and seating on the deck — a nice setup for relaxing or grilling in the evenings.

We actually stocked the kitchen properly, unlike many short-term rentals that only provide the bare minimum. You’ll find solid cookware, nice dishes and glasses, plenty of utensils, and many small appliances so you can comfortably cook meals.

There’s also a fully stocked coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker, along with creamers and sweeteners.

Here’s how the sleeping arrangements work:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom.
The second bedroom features a Sleep Number king bed that adjusts to each person’s preferred firmness.
The bunk room has three twin beds and one full bed — great for kids or extra guests.
The living room couches can convert into a queen and a full-size bed if needed. Fresh linens are provided for all sleeping areas.

This house works well for families or groups of friends who want a clean, newer place with some fun extras.
