Everything was great. The tub could have been hit in the corners and under the shelf with some bleach but honestly, miniscule issue. The eggs were awesome. The culture items were great to experience. The room was clean, even behind the furniture. The bed was comfortable. Everyone was kind. I always enjoy my stays at this hotel chain. They are definitely doing things right.

Was given a new room on 4th floor and people on 3rd floor were hitting our floor because our 1 year old was being too loud with her foot steps? It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I called 2 months in advance to book a 1st floor room. As we’re approaching the hotel, I call, get I think her name was Veronica, it would have been the front desk agent who worked 10/10/25 when we checked in around 3:30-4:30. 1st phone conversation, I was on hold for over 8 minutes, hung up. 2nd time, got her again, she transferred me to the Spanish customer service line. I don’t speak Spanish and my inquiry would have been best resolved by the direct hotel. Upon arrival, she checked our family in. Looked and acted just as miserable as her over the phone service. $4.95 per night for parking, FYI. No rooms on the 1st floor. The breakfast was horrible. The service was horrible. One of the ladies who served breakfast came over to berate a customer trying to use a waffle maker telling him that he’s breaking the machine! Then, took it from him to do it herself. I was standing right next to him and he wasn’t sure how to use it, but he wasn’t breaking it as she implied. Also, while my daughter was pouring juice, the server stood there watching her, then tried to tell me what was wrong while I was helping my other kids. The problem is she couldn’t communicate with me because she didn’t speak English, and 2nd, rather than stand there and stare at my daughter, why not help her? The pool had fire ants around it. I’ll leave it at that. Asked for extra towels and was told before I could get more I had to return the dirty ones. Poor job Hilton.

Room was awesome everything clean. Space is very nice. Shower has its own. Shampoo , conditioner and gel wash. Loved that part! Everything is awesome. Will definitely stay again when I came to San Antonio!

The detachable shower head didn’t work and the couch has so many holes with the stuffing hanging out. Some of the blankets have spots and stains. The elevators were not stable, the trash cans in the hall way were always full and smelled. The floors in main areas were always dirty. Trying to inform staff about this via text they initiated, I never received a response and the front desk staff did not care when I tried to let them know. Wish I could get a full refund for this entire stay.

The room was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. Check-in time is very strict. I've never experienced this with any hotel especial Hilton, but you literally can not check in until exactly 3, on, the, dot. Not a minute earlier. Which was quite an inconvenience for our family. Our room had two phones but none of them working. There was a crack in the widow and cracks all through out the hotel room ceiling. Some pieces of the tile flooring were coming up in the closet/bathroom. There were large roaches outside and my kids also ran into a couple of them while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.
