The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation.

Usually we really like Home2Suites- this location seems to have seen a lot of wear and tear. (Being in a major city by an airport, I’m sure they have more people coming through on average.) One of the elevators was broken and a table with art for a raffle had a big broken glass and broken frame- and was just left out in the lobby our whole stay giving a run down impression. Stay was fine- staff was friendly and room was ok but at $200, wouldn’t stay at this location again.
