The room itself was a great size, modern and clean. Nice shower. The breakfast was basic and at times they had run out of food and we had to wait for it to be replenished, but regardless the breakfast was a bonus. The staff were on the whole friendly, helpful and happy. The pool area was quite small but clean and we enjoyed spending an afternoon relaxing there. They supply "tiny" towels so we took our room towels. The only reason I give a 3 star rating was the view....it was so bad we couldn't open the blinds, this was not good as we were staying 5 nights. Unfortunately there are 2 derelict buildings on the riverwalk and the room we had, 420 looked directly on the eyesore. So overall we are split on this hotel. Doubtful we would stay again as the view was really that bad so sadly overall the bad outweighed the good.

To Breakfast was a better view. The rooms view sucked. The bathroom lacked a convenient electrical plug and the shower faucet came out in my hand when I was trying to turn it down to cooler. I almost boiled trying to get the handle back on and turn it down. That’s dangerous!
