Three designated parking spaces are available at the front door of the Ivy Townhouse. Our Ivy Townhouse is in a quiet Gated Community. Guest will have access to the community pool. However, there is a liability clause to be signed. Once the sun goes down on Texas, retreat to the three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds after a long day of exploration of the beautiful Downtown, Uptown, and the entire San Antonio!

Also, to accommodate you and your guest an air mattress is on site and a charging station in each room.

Our home is minutes from the Medical Center District, 11 miles from Six Flags over Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio. In addition, it is 15 minutes away from the San Antonio Airport, the beautiful downtown Riverwalk area (Restaurants, Shopping Center, night life, live music, bars) the Alamo Dome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, Lone Star Brewery, and Botanical Gardens. It is easily accessible to I-10, interstate 410, Loop1604 and IH 35. The Ivy Townhouse is ideal for small families, small group gatherings and excited sport fans with that in mind the San Antonio Spurs and the UTSA Roadrunners are the highlights of the city. The Ivy is available for short or long-term rental.
