Found a bedbug crawling on the bed's headboard. I reported it to the front desk and was refunded immediately. Front desk staff was nice at check in and during the reporting of the bug. I hope the situation is handled and taken seriously by management.

First, was the excellent customer service at check in. Lady was friendly and took care of us. Makes a big difference when your stay starts with great customer service.
