The check in person was amazing. He took the time to let us know that they were booked solid and that he was aware that there were extra flights leaving in the morning. Very valuable when you need to determine what time you should get to the airport. Even if it is less than 5 minutes aware.

Ok for our purposes

We were flying in and out in a few hours, needed a bed to crash. Bed was fair, Ive had better and worse. The room was clean, towels available. For an $80 bed it was just fine. I wouldn't stay more than a night personally thoight.

This property is okay if you just need a place to sleep but if you are located on the 2nd floor - you will need to carry your bags up the stairs - no elevator. The location from the airport was super convenient but the traffic zooming off the interstate made it challenging during busy times getting out of the hotel parking lot (one entrance/exit). They offered cleaning service every 2 days - when the maid cleaned the room, there was a light bulb out on the one standing lamp in the room - rather than have it replaced, she turned on the smaller light over the bed. The hotel is "aged" so if you are looking for a nice, cozy hotel - better keep looking.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Requested a shuttle to the airport at 6am and they were right on time. Stayed in other hotels during my week in San Antonio and this had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Clean shower and bathroom. Very pleased for the price!

They had roaches in the bathroom when I told the front desk he said oh it’s the weather,an he wasn’t the manager so he can’t do anything,waited for the manager he was no help anyway,FYI they dnt serve breakfast only coffee an granola bars
