My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a reasonable temperature for their comfort, particularly during the summer in Texas. Although we contacted the host about this issue, the thermostat restriction significantly affected our comfort and our overall experience at the property. This is an important detail that future guests should be aware of before booking, especially if they prefer a cooler temperature for sleeping.
