Scam going around!!

The worst experience in my life! The day of check in there was no instructions on how to check in. No contact number, no return text msg. I am out $ bcz it was prepaid as a requirement to stay in vacation home. Than I had to pay another $ just so hotels com could put us up in a hotel room. Hotels com did make it right but the fact that they made me pay another $ was crazy after they made me prepay.
