Our issue was the check in process, we arrived at 3pm room was not ready, wedding was at 4pm. We were late to wedding and had to get dressed in a staff bathroom went to wedding and was not notified if room was ready, we called at 7pm and staff said we are calling to confirm your reservation, confirm? We prepared and waited an hour. Unfortunate because the hotel was nice. I’m hoping for some reimbursement

The fans in the room can’t be completely turned off, they don’t have support after hours. The water in the shower pours out of the bathroom floor and makes it unsafe. It has a nice outdoor dining space but that’s it.

This is a beautiful hotel in a spectacular location, right off the San Antonio Riverwalk. The staff are friendly and readily available to assist or greet you when coming or going from the hotel. There are countless restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away from the entrance. The room was spacious with everything I needed for my stay and had a great view of downtown. The bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped; it was quite firm, and the duvet was lumpy from being over washed - time to replace. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Clean room stuff was great. Bartenders were a little rude, but that's okay. Shops nearby were great. There was food places to eat everywhere. Not sure about pets, I didn't have one.

Pets are ok. Don’t seem to honor Hilton honors. Wanted 30 min late checkout and kept going through n circles until I gave up. Rooms are very average. They bleed you to death with all the different charges but to be fair that seem to be the norm at the riverwalk.
