The clubhouse has 10 beds, two mattresses and two rollaway's plenty of room to hold all the guest who stay!

For field or batting cage or gym use there will be information located inside the
clubhouse for you to view.
Close to all downtown shops a local wedding venue and just 40 minutes to Fredericksburg wine country.
The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.

Great house for a group! Our boys varsity basketball team stayed there for a local tournament and it worked out great. Boys really enjoyed having their own beds.Owner was great and communicated very wellCheck in and chrckout was very easy
