We love this Hotel! Very clean. Staff is very friendly! Always friendly front desk staff! We love breakfast and the coffee in the lobby! It’s just an amazing place.

Hot room..and not a good hot.

Our room was 85F when we walked in and it took hours to cool off. This is my 1 and only complaint. They knew we were coming, so they could of had it at least 75F for us. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine, but walking into the hot room was not fun. It did cool off by 10ish that night, but was just uncomfortable.

Two words- BED BUGS!!! The room was so infested the bugs were crawling on the pillows. Thankfully, I saw the bugs before unpacking .

It was a beautiful hotel, only downside was it was so hot. The upstairs where we stayed had the air conditioning turned off we checked in at 6:30 and our room did not start to cool off until midnight.

We stayed Aug 15th 2025 room 208. To start the hallway and the room smelled my wife had to spray her perfume. Then we found food in the refrigerator. Then we noticed in one side of the bed the carpet was black and sticky. Then we found ants on the other side of the bed on the wall and night stand. We found a lighter and beer top and a soda bottle under the bed. The comforter and pillows were dirty we called and had those replaced. We went to go to the hot tubbthe clerk said let me show you there's some chemicals on one side the other side is OK so my grandson got in on the side the clerk said he got blue sicky stuff all over the back of swimnsuut he just got for his birthday this was his first time to wear it. We showed the clerk he looked at me and said we don't know how to fix
