Our original property was under renovation so we got transferred to a property 11 miles away. Mmm kinda ghetto when we checked in was given a key to an occupied room, was attacked by a dog when we entered. The continental breakfast was limited as they didnt have much. The bathroom was dirty, curtains where falling, mold on bathroom ceiling.

We did not have the best experience. Our room had roaches, in the bathroom and 2 found crawling on our bed. We had family stay at the hotel & were unable to visit them upstairs as much as we wanted to as your elevators were down our entire stay & I’m 30 weeks pregnant. We had to help them bring up their suitcases through the stairs. I was not pleased with our stay what so ever. The AC was not functioning properly, and we were also woken up by the loud noises coming from the gym and areas they were working on, as our room was right next to there, which also included 2 of my smaller children. We have stayed here before twice and this experience was very different. This was just unacceptable.

They were remodeling the hotel so half of it was occupied, but the other half was dirty throughout the hallways. The elevator didn’t work and at some point after I got back from dinner, two of the rooms were caught on fire so we immediately left in Hotels.com reimburse me my money and we were able to see someone else.

Was threatened by the front desk worker Rick after waiting 3 minutes to be acknowledged while he watched inappropriate video's on his phone. When i finally was acknowledge he began to yell at me after asking if he was a manager. He called me a liar for having my registered service animal with me then threatened me.

Hotel is under construction/renovation. There is no furniture in the lobby ( breakfast???). Floor was dirty (dust), with 5 gallon paint cans stacked in lobby. Windows were open on upper floor. Furniture stacked as trash in front of hotel. Felt unsafe and unsecure. Not for us. We canceled our stay.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is currently under renovation, so be prepared to find it in that condition. However, the rooms are very clean and modern.
