This unit is its own unit in the back of the property and is not connected to the main house. Experience a tub bath or shower in a 1930's original claw foot tub.
Located in a desirable the historic neighborhood of Monte Vista nestled in City Center. Restaurants, shops,Trinity U. is walking distance. Only 3 miles to Dtwn/RiverWalk, 2 min. to Zoo, Near Quarry, Fort Sam,Pearl, King Williams. Back in time- Experience a 1930's two room rear guest house with period furniture. The space consists of a private rear guest quarter with private entrance consisting of a bedroom with an en suite bathroom . PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO KITCHEN, HOWEVER, THERE IS A SMALL CONVECTION OVEN, A TWO POT ELECTRIC COOKING RANGE, A MICROWAVE, DISHES AND A MINI-FRIDGE IN THE UNIT.
