The entire stay was great! Breakfast was wonderful with varied choices every day. The front desk was very helpful when needed. The most helpful staff member was Marlin. She was so friendly and made sure that everything was in order. She was also the pool bartender and did a great job. I was there for my birthday and the staff decorated our room perfectly with the help of my partner, Frank. They provided balloons, a Feliz Compleanos sign, cake with candle and a split of wine. We hope to return for Franks birthday in November!! Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Location and hotel were nice overall. Walkable, close to a lot of the water excursions in the area. Rooms are very basic, I expected more for the price we paid. Free breakfast was nice. The shower soaps smelled super bad, not sure if it was just the brand. Staff were friendly, they were a little stingy with the towels.

The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite.
