The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain. Toilet seat not on tightly kept moving around and the toilet paper holder kept falling off not on tight. It was funny because one of the owners was there evaluating the hotel and was talking pictures on my floor. Take a look at room 420 and you’ll see what I mean.

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options. Our room had some minor floor damage from water. Minor details but not enough to ruin your stay. Staff were helpful but some could be more attentive to the needs of guests.

The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay very unpleasant. According to our Expedia reservation, a complimentary bottle of wine or another welcome drink was included, but we didn’t received it. We had to remind them of that. They never gave us the drinks. We also wanted to watch the Soccer World Cup game, but the hotel did not have a working TV in the restaurant or dining area, so guests were unable to watch the match.

Room looked like it was not cleaned before we we checked in. Hair from previous guest in the bathroom, shower scum all over the bathroom, and even a left over wrapper from previous guest near the bed. Sheets were clean, but did not feel like a properly turned over room. On our last day the room flooded, some pipe broke a couple of rooms down and water was coming through, no real rush to address the issue or make any amends for us. Breakfast was great, decor is lovely, but cleanliness was severely lacking.

The hotel is in a great location, the restaurant connected to the food was delicious. Lobby toilet seat was on the floor. The hotel needs a good cleaning spots of black mold in the shower and faucet needed cleaning. The bar was pricey. The free hotel breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay we made the best of the bathroom by cleaning it ourselves. Front desk people only spoke when we spoke. There was one young man who the bellhop always spoke and smiled and was very help
