The hotel was fantastic. Very clean and amazing AC in our room. Bathroom very clean. Comfortable bed. The street is a bit run down but it has a charm :) Amazing front desk staff!

Just an average hotel stay. I was expecting more based on the descriptions I had read. Room was small for two people but we spent most of our time at the beach anyways, which was only 3 blocks away.

We recently returned from San Andrés, and unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This is not a 5-star property as advertised. The hotel is in serious need of major renovations, and I regret spending so much money to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. The woman at the front desk was rude and appeared upset, and we experienced a similar attitude from the staff at the bar. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of bottled water. Guests have to repeatedly ask for water bottles, and the hotel is extremely stingy with them. Since the tap water is not safe to use for brushing your teeth, bottled water is a necessity, not a luxury. During our stay, the hotel had no running water for several hours one day. The pool was also closed for repairs, and the dining area had water leaking from the pool above. The food was disappointing as well. There were only two à la carte restaurants, both of which required reservations at least a day in advance. Even then, securing a reservation was difficult. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, the service is lacking, and the dining options are limited. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Just wanted to make one thing clear to everyone, the "Interior" rooms HAVE NO WINDOWS. I cannot recommend these rooms, and I would not stay in one of them again, but the hotel overall and rooms with windows seem nice. It has a well-designed modern feel, though made of cheaper materials, which means some lights were already broken, paint was peeling in the bathroom, etc. The doors were also swollen from the humidity, so they have to be slammed shut just to close and you can hear everything in the hallway, so it gets fairly noisy. Overall experience was fine, just less than what I was hoping/expecting.

Muito perto de tudo e dá para fazer à pé. Muito boa estadia, apesar da ausência de janela, porém não prejudicou em nada. Parece que o local está em reforma, mas também não prejudicou em nada nossa hospedagem. Eles deixam um local próximo a recepção para guardar malas (Tanto antes do checkin quanto depois do checkout), mas é sem um controle rígido e deixamos lá na entrada. Recomendo para casais.

Tivemos uma experiência mediana no hotel. Ele era aconchegante, limpo, cama confortável e tinha as comodidades básicas, porém, tive um grande problema na minha estadia. O Ralo do banheiro está entupido mas tinha como tomar banho, a água so estava demorando mais para descer, porém, aconteceu o box estava vazando e não percebemos, e minha noiva tomou um banho um pouco mais demorado. Quando percebemos, o quarto estava alagado. Graças a Deus nada nosso estragou, mas poderia. Eles foram "solicitos" e nos trocaram de quarto, mas precisei pedir para trocar, achei que deveria ser algo "imediato" da percepção da hotelaria, sabe? Enfim, de maneira geral minha nota foi 3,5. Foi confortável, cômodo, localização excelente, mas pecou em algumas coisas.

Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, tudo bem limpo. A equipe de funcionários foi muito simpatica e nos deu apoio em dicas. Ponto positivo é o bebedouro disponivel no térreo. Um ponto de atenção é a falta de janela no quarto, pois como é uma cidade praiana, é dificil de secar as roupas molhadas. A localização do hotel é muito boa.

O hotel é novo! Estava bem limpo e sem detalhes. Os itens de banho excelentes e o chuveiro com água quente e abundante! Fomos surpreendidas com a hidromassagem em manutenção e as amenindades de café na recepção também não existiu. No último dia choveu forte na cidade e houve vazamento de água no nosso quarto, como já estávamos de saída não atrapalhou a estadia, mas precisa de conserto urgente.

Excelente custo benefício! Hotel novo, instalação modernas, colado na praia! Ficamos no quarto sem janela, achei que não conseguiria, mas acabou que praticamente nem percebi pela ótima iluminação do quarto. Na reserva não oferece café da manhã, porém oferece a parte, 28 mil pessoas colombianos por pessoas com comida pré prontos, nós achamos que não compensa. Tem cafeterias próximas com ótimos preços e opções diversas. Isso não invalida em nada o ótimo hotel!
