The front desk was very helpful. They was really nice, the room is big enough but there was dirty and nasty. We found some cockroaches in the room. We tell the housekeeper and the front desk guy, they don’t clean the room. Plus the shower was broken and the drain clogged. I don’t really comeback to this hotel.

Apareciam muitas baratas no quarto, as toalhas eram bem velhas, e o café da manhã a princípio me disseram que não estava incluso, porém depois de mostrar que na reserva constava, foi fornecido uma quentinha todos os dias com um café da manhã pouco e sempre igual: ovo mexido, pão ou arepa e algumas frutas cortadas. Uns dois funcionários da recepção eram bem simpáticos, mas tinha uma que só faltava morder, sempre de cara feia e sem disposição para ajudar.

Quarto amplo, com 2 camas de casal, armário, cofre, frigobar. Banheiro com chuveiro sem aquecimento. Fiquei quarto 1 ao lado da recepção onde tinha muito barulho, conversação que atrapalhou o sono. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, ovo mexido, arepa ou uma fatia de pão de forma, algumas piadinhas de frutas e um chocolate aguado :(
