chúng tôi có 4 người đến gồm 2 người lớn và 2 cháu bé, lúc đầu khách sạn không cho chúng tôi ở và nói chúng tôi liên hệ với hotel.com, để trả thêm 190.000 vnd, tôi thấy hành động này rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp, quan điểm của khách hàng khi đặt phòng trên hotel.com, là khi đã chuyển tiền và có mã xác nhận thì chỉ việc xách vali và di chuyển để đấy để ở, tôi sẽ không bao giờ lưu trú tại khách sạn vũ phong 3 nữa, vì hành động tăng giá và ép giá vào những dịp lễ, mong khách sạn tôn trọng khách hàng và chuyên nghiệp hơn.
