The location is very good, few minutes walk to Mirabell Garden and the bus station, 10 minutes walk to the Central train station. The staff is friendly. I requested Salzburg Guest Mobility Card before I arrived, and they fulfilled my request. There is a free coffee/tea room. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours, so please make arrangement with the hotel if you expect to arrive later in the day.

Charming hotel with a superb location - short walks from central train station; to Hohensalzburg Fortress and everything else in between! Spacious room and beds. This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is so lovely, with very friendly staff and in a great location. The staff really take the time to make you feel valued and comfortable.
