We booked two superior rooms six weeks before arrival. Rooms were not on same floor as our travel companions. One room was a much smaller room, glasses were not clean. We were charged the same for both rooms.Over-priced at $370.00/.night. Front desk help was poor.

Nice staff and a nice view from the rooftop but the hotel is old, the room we stayed in was very old and the bed was awfully uncomfortable. Very close to the train and bus depot, so the area doesn’t feel very nice. Spend a bit more and stay closer to the downtown area, not worth the savings.

The price was good, although listed as an airport hotel, there is a paid shuttle service. About 10 francs pp. Although next to airport, you have to go about 10-15 minutes to get to airport

Best personal vacation hotel in Salzburg.

Excellent location next to Salzburg central train and bus stations. Supermarkets are right there for your conveniences. It is quiet even it is close the train station. I would recommend this hotel for your vacation in Salzburg. It is well connected to regional tourist attractions, like Hallstatt.

1. There is stain in the water pot 2. The fridge isn’t work at all, which we can’t store any products that required a cold temperature 3. The drainage system in the bathroom isn’t work, there is water accumulating while bathing 4. The furniture is dirty inside the room, there are even food crumbs in the side of the chair. The above mentioned point can’t be accepted under any circumstances. The only perspective worth mentioning is the location, which is really convenient as it is nearby the train station.

The location of this hotel is amazing is great if you need easy access to the train/ bus station. They have luggage storage which was fantastic! The hotel itself though was old and dingy. The shower head wouldn’t work without spraying all over the bathroom and random pieces of the shower would fall off.

The Room we were given at first was not big enough for 2 people. We then requested for the room that was shown on our printout. The gentleman there was very kind and gave us the room shown on our printout which then made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Need to mention this for everyone else's comfort going forward ...the wash basin and potty is pretty badly stained and not a good look for guests. The drainage needs some attention too. Its mainly the cap that sits over the drain falls into lock position and has to be lifted up for water to drain which is not a very sanitizing thing for guest to do. Over all we had a comfortable sleep. Bed, linen and AC all good.
