The room was very spacious and quiet. It was very close to Mirabella palace. From train station to hotel was 7-8 minutes walk on flat level. Hotel is also very close to old and new town. All staff at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The lady that checked us in on October 19 was super helpful. She gave us a lot of tips on where to go and how to spend our time on Sunday when most shops in old town were closed. Thank you very much for her insightful advice. Kudos to the server for our morning breakfast. He is always polite and very attentive to our needs.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They answered every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We were even allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was a big help after our trip. Wonderful hotel and friendly welcoming staff. We stayed here a couple of nights and found the room to be very comfortable, although small. Well worth it for the price! The restaurant was great! Good traditional food and a very nice breakfast. It was easy to drive to and the parking was handy to come and go as we explored the area.

My room was recently renovated and was quite nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. My only “complaint” would be I wish the bedding was a bit nicer. The duvet wasn’t as cozy and fluffy as most hotels. Other than that, great stay and would happily come back!
