We arrived during the continent-wide heat wave- the manager offered us an apartment in place of our room given the weather and our group size - it was a life saver!!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff!

This does not look like what is shown in the pictures.Very shabby.Rooms have no space,Bathrooms are not maintained well. Most of all there is no direct entrance to get into the hotel. Dont recommend to stay.

The property was clean but our room was on the second floor above a very loud street. The room had no a/c which is typically not a problem but the squeaky fan above the bed would only operate if the lights were on. The room was so tiny that we couldn’t l leave the windows open over the twin bed without risking hitting the occupant in the head. Breakfast was also subpar even though we paid 185 euros for the room. The staff responded quickly though when we misplaced our key so we’re very thankful to them for that.

Extremely poor experience—unusable facilities and terrible conditions I had a very bad experience at this property and cannot recommend it. Salzburg was extremely hot during our visit, yet our room had no AC, no fan, and windows that could not be opened. It was completely uncomfortable. The staff offered us an alternative apartment in the next building, but it was in terrible condition. It was filthy, had no Wi-Fi, a broken balcony door, and virtually no water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was also highly disappointing, with very limited options and no fresh vegetables. We only managed because we spent our entire days outside and used the room strictly for sleeping late at night. Save your money and book elsewhere.
