Pros: clean, quiet, lots of public transportation options, friendly/helpful staff, on-site breakfast Cons: internet would not work more than a few minutes at a time (beware of your data usage), the fridge did not work, so you can’t store things in it, and the beds/mattresses have seen better days. For the price and location, it’s worth it if the cons do not concern you.

The beds had stains and hair was found on the table and on towels- we stayed for a might so I didn’t make an issue but i had paid a lot for one night so was expecting cleaner towels n beds at least-not so happy- money wasted- staff was very nice

Small room, wi-fi is terrible.

Room is small for the rate being charged. For almost the same price you can book hotel in Vienna with the room double if not more in size. There is a wi-fi, but at the evening time it is not working more often then working. Breakfast is OK, although limited with hot food (only boiled eggs and scrambled eggs are hot).

Convenient location; artistic hotel; good staff

Location is very convenient to visit the city by walk or avail public transportation. One of the staff, Paula was very attentive to detail and very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and WiFi was quite good… Breakfast spread was decent and relishing. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Pros: Good location, easy check-in/out, good breakfast, elevator, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Cons: room was smelly when I entered, had to leave windows open for few good minutes until it was too cold Quite disappointing - no water cattle in the room. This is pretty standard in all other hotels I stayed in Salzburg (over 10 I think). Shower is good, but there is no glass door or curtain, so water are all over if you are not careful. Adding these 2 small things, which shouldn't be a problem to upgrade, would deserve my 5 stars review.
