My friends and I stayed in the family room there was 2 double bed and 1 bunk bed which was enough to fit for 6 of us. Glad we booked this hotel location was perfect. The hotel was spotless, very huge rooms it was so clean. bed was so comfortable, shower room is very clean and huge. If ever i come back to salzburg i will definitely stay in this hotel again. Staff are amazing and helpful too .

Very modern, clean hotel close to the train station. Excellent staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was very large facing the back so it was quiet. Used the laundry facilities which was very clean. We would definitely stay at a Harry's Home again.

The breakfast menu is Ok. Just tight amount of limit however it’s the same menu everyday. If you’re stay long enough then you’ll find the breakfast would be boring.

Computer system wasn’t working. Arrived to be told they’d double booked my room and I needed to walk to another hotel & would have to walk back for breakfast (as the other hotel doesn’t do breakfast). Eventually convinced them to give me a room as I’m disabled and can’t walk back/forth. Room smelt so strongly or some form of deodoriser I had to open the window & take Benadryl. Room also had a defective light that switched itself on at intervals so had to use the main switch to turn off all lights in the evening. Staff apologetic but customer service poor. They didn’t even offer to get me a cuppa when I arrived and they were sorting out the double booking.
