Great hotel. The location, so close to the train station, is perfect for rail travellers. It’s also a manageable walk to Salzburg’s tourist attractions. Helpful staff clean and quiet.

The only reason I dropped this rating to a 3/5 is because I left my Air Pods in my room and have been trying to reach the hotel to retrieve them and still have not heard back from them via the email I sent. Looks like I will have to call them long distance. I know they were left in the room so am upset that I was not contacted once they were discovered. This is not great service.

Quirky & near station but lacking facilities

Quirky hotel near station. Bird sounds in corridor decorated like a forest! Room was ok. Bed & shower good. No chair or desk to work at. Chaise longue was comfortable but the room was really too small for it. No fridge or coffee. Expensive for lack of facilities.

This hotel is across from the train station so it’s super convenient. If you arrive early, you can drop your bags and begin your journey. The staff is very kind. I didn’t eat there so I cannot attest to the dining. It’s walkable to old town about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The only thing I would say is don’t stay on the street side it’s you hear everything. So not great for a good night’s sleep. But I would stay at the hotel again.

Check in was smooth and simple very nice hotel perfect location across the street from the train station easy walk into the center of Saltzberg or you can hop on the free bus that takes you there also. those are spacious enough, especially for a one night. Stay shower pressure. Very good in bed are comfortable.

Clean rooms, wonderful helpful staff who gave us free tram passes, amazing breakfast with plentiful options. Lobby area has very nice decor and earthy looking with plants and nature in mind. The complimentary water , hot water and tea made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel is just across the train station, it makes day trips simple. With Salzburg’s Guest Mobility Ticket, it’s easy to step in bus to be back by the end of the day after touring the city.

Clean room; a very convenient location next to train and bus stations to go around Salzburg. It was even a nice walk from the hotel to the city. Just a note to share: the hotel is eco-friendly - there is no coffee/tea maker or electric kettle, no minibar in the room. The electric kettle can be found and used in the lobby.

Such a cute property! I’m so glad I decided to stay here and hope to return. The breakfast was fantastic! Wish I was there for longer but definitely plan to return. I chose the location because it was close to train station and it was extremely walkable to town as well. Plenty of food and shopping options close by.
