Good location, nice. Modern hotel. Had a room for four with only a sheer curtain for privacy whilst showering which was not good. Easy walking distance to everything. Check in time is 3 pm. I thought it a little petty that when we arrived at 2.50 pm staff made us sit and wait in lobby. For 10 minutes claiming the room wasn't ready. staff could. Be a bit more enthusiastic and friendly

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. Had an amazing view from my room (had the view of the train tracks and mountains) and enjoyed seeing the unobstructed sunrises from my bed. The bar also had some amazing panoramic views at the top. Conveniently located near the train station so it’s easy for connections and walking distances to altstadt and attractions. Unlike many other train stations in Europe, Salzburg main station feels safe and doesn’t have any sketchy persons around so safety was not an issue for me.

We really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again if we came back to Salzburg. Excellent location near the train station but within walking distance of the old town. The hotel is modern and functional in style, with good sized bedrooms featuring electrically activated blinds. There is nothing flash about it but it looks good. Despite being by the train tracks, we were not disturbed at all by any train noise. Our favourite things about the hotel were the roof top bar with its 360 degree view overlooking all of Salzburg, and the sky bar. Having an evening drink in the sky bar with the lights of Salzburg spread out in front of us was lovely and relaxing.

Very nice hotel!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I think overall it was very good and very close to the main bus/train station! There is also a supermarket (Billa) right across the road so that’s a plus! We booked the Mountain View room and it was on the top floor (right below the rooftop bar and restaurant) and the view was truly stunning! The room was also very nicely decorated and modern. However, there are couple of things I hope the hotel can improve as it truly has the potential to be an amazing hotel! 1. Pillows: we got one each but they were VERY flat, it felt like there were no pillows at all. 2. We noticed there were a few very small stains on the duvet cover and a few hairs. I hope the cleaning could be done a little bit better. The other thing is that the room we stayed in there was no door for the shower, it literally faced directly to your bed. It wasn’t a matter for us as a couple but I can imagine it could be a bit awkward if you were travelling with family or your parents. I’m not sure if it’s just my room so better check before you book. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely come again :)

I loved the artsy vibe of this hotel. The room was great and was roomy enough for my family of four. We love all the floor to ceiling windows! The only thing we found odd was that there wasn’t a door or curtain to cover the shower area for privacy. Other than that we loved our stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

For singles or exhibitionists

The shower is in a glass box in the middle of the room. One side is entlrely open to the room, there is no door or curtain on the shower itself, and the curtain between the bed and the glass box is sheer. There is nowhere in the room you can be where the person showering is not on full display. I cannot conceive of how this gets designed this way, or why it gets mentioned as only a little "quirk" in some of the reviews. It's patently ridiculous. Even if traveling as a couple, the light, heat, and humidity require a door, not to mention privacy is always welcome. For a family it was massively annoying. To be fair (?) this is actually shown in the pictures for the rooms if you know what you are looking at, but it simply never occurred to me that a room would ever be designed in such an inhospitable way. Aside from this, the pillows and towels are thin and uncomfortable. The design is "industrial" which does mean the soundproofing is good; on the other hand, there is no closet, counter space, or other useful items. It was serviceable in other ways, but not inclined to give them any credit given the bathroom situation.

It’s convenient near the station .Quite clean and the sauna is nice especially the infrared when working The downsides are one of the lifts didn’t work and there didn’t seem any rush to fix it So getting to the 8th floor was a bit slow The sauna was a bit hit and miss Infa red sauna worked one day and not the next They forgot about our welcome drink I had to remind them There’s also limited dining in the evening The rooms although funky were extremely small and you can see your friend showering which is a problem if you’re just sharing with a friend.
