Really big building with lots of space. Individual rooms were spacious, bed was comfy. Common areas were great, well kept, lively, but not noisy till too late. Definitely recommended and I would be keeping this chain in mind for other places

Room clean. Breakfast surprisingly good. Not noisy above what one would expect from an inner city room. Only problem was the check in where required to go through QR code process on arrival that involved entering guest details. Was painful when jetlagged and the person behind the desk was not helpful. Would have preferred to do this at home before flying for 24 hours.

Great location, close to the train station. 30 minute walk to the Fortress. Room was clean and spacious. It was hot during our stay and the hostel does not have air conditioning. We had to pull the top bunk bed mattress off and put it on the floor so my son could sleep. We used the on site laundry facility. Cost about $10 Euros per load to wash and dry. Pool table and Foosball in the lobby. Front desk was not the most helpful when checking in. Seemed to take awhile to check in.

The location was convenient , and the room was a decent size. The bathroom, however, was disappointing. There was mold in the shower, which made it feel unclean. I would definitely not recommend staying here during the summer. There is no air conditioning, no fans available, and the windows only open a small amount. The room became unbearably hot, and we could barely sleep because of the heat.

I have never experienced a more inefficient check in process. It took over 10-15 minutes per person. The whole process including waiting in line took almost 1 hour. The room was incredibly hot. The windows barely opened. Luckily I managed to get the last fan. Breakfast was good. For some reason Google Maps had a hard time finding the location. The location was by the way great. Just minutes from the station. Lots of stores close by. All the buses started there so it was easy to get to many places easily.

Rooms where ok but the whole school of kids staying at the building was just crazy loud and didn't see anything done about the noise. Another thing that was crazy is that they let local homeles people stay at the property so it didn't feel safe leaving my back pack in the room and i didn't see any lockers to lock it.

The room was clean, had everything we needed. There is a nice lounge to stay in and even a small area for kids that our kids loved. Having a small kitchen helped so much. The laundry was easy to use and very convenient. The location is great because it is right next to a mall and the main train station.

Unfortunately we’re a bit disappointed with this place. For kids, the walk into city center of about 20 min was a bit too long. The room was dark, stuffy with no air con so really hot at night. Only two of four beds were made when we arrived so we had to make them ourselves. The only window didn’t open enough to cool the room and outside were garbage bins where people where dumpstering more than once during our stay (which is more sad than anything else). Dusty room under the beds and on the shelves. Toilet was well cleaned. Staff was warm and welcoming but could maybe have explained more about the facilities etc. In retrospect, we’d have payed a bit more to get a better location.

Location was fantastic as we were travelling Europe by train. Easy walkable distance to the Old Town but plenty of bus stops located close by as well. Staff were great, had a private twin room and we were very happy with it. Great facilities for doing laundry as well. Overall I would happily recommend staying her to others.

Great clean room; friendly staff although checkin required using one's phone in the lobby to list party details while staff waited for you to do that; nice variety of cold foods for breakfast with 1 or 2 hot items, but it was the same every day (we were there 4 days). Hot cereal, more fruit choices would have been nice; maybe scrambled eggs. It's close to the transit options, although not the cleanest part of town. But we felt safe and were quite happy with our stay. We would stay again.
