Staff all lovely and friendly and very helpful, great location and bus stop right outside but that's where the positives end, breakfast was overpriced at 19 euros that's more then what we paid for dinner with drinks, one flimsy pillow provided we had to use the duvet as a pillow, heat wave and no air con, fan didn't do much no fridge for water and no tea coffee facilities, one window broken

The beds were comfy and really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the rooms were a bit Dusty and unclean in places. Ended up needing to move room during stay due to shower flooding the room for no apparent reason. The 2nd room was cleaner. In the first room could see through the sheets the mattress in first room was heavily stained. When the issues with the shower happened had someone come within less than 30 mins to move me to another room (the reception is not manned 24hrs)

The location was so good being able to just walk through the tunnel to the old district was great. The bed was comfortable the roadworks that were happening outside distracted quite a bit from a peaceful stay but again the location helped us have a great experience of Salzburg without having to invest in taxis or other transport

Great location as on a number of bus routes in and out of the city and one directly to the airport. The foyer was refurbished and looked nice, but the rest of the hotel was a little tired. But it did the job and was not an unpleasant space to be in. I would stay again.
