This is a house (former sheepfold) for 4 people with 2 bedrooms located in the Aude Pyrenees, in a small hamlet, with exceptional views of
the mountains.

- A geographical location This is an exceptional place in Cathar country offering the possibility of a variety of activities: rest
in the garden facing the mountain, hiking, trail running, canyoning, swimming, mountain biking but also close to the various Cathar castles (Puilaurens, Peyrepertuse and Quéribus), the wonderful Georges de
Galamus, or 45 minutes from the superb and mysterious village of Rennes-le-Château and the Pech de
Bugarach, and so many wonderful places to discover that we can advise you with pleasure.
1 hour from Perpignan and the various Mediterranean beaches or the City of Carcassonne, 2
hours from Pas de la Casa!

You enter through the basement:
- Washing machine and freezer

Then take a staircase to access the 1st floor:
- Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and
Tassimo coffee maker crockery and the necessary utensils.

- Large living room with a view of the mountains: Sofa, Armchairs, Fireplace, Bar, Large dining table and chairs.
- TV only working with a Chromecast (provided) and through your
smartphone (the TV is not connected to TNT)

On the 2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), Wardrobe (and fan!)

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), Wardrobe (and fan!)

- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet

ATTENTION: The house has terraced land on 3 levels.
We insist that the house does not seem to us to be suitable for the elderly (stairs) and
for young children because of the difficult access to the terraces by stone stairs. The different
low walls overlooking these terraces are very low and therefore not suitable for young children.
This house is not terraced, but it is located in the heart of a small hamlet and other village houses.

Cleaning is at your expense before your departure.
