Gite du berger Paris air-conditioned

At the gateway to the Corbières, set in a green oasis with centuries-old oaks, between Rennes-le-Château and Coustaussa, overlooking the Salz valley and close to all amenities, our air-conditioned gite has been recently converted from the farm's former sheepfold, combining modernity and authenticity.



If you love nature, peace, charm, and comfort, you will be enchanted by its location. Free-roaming rabbits, geese, and chickens will delight both young and old.



You will be amazed by the diversity of the landscapes in every season: Cathar castles, the Galamus gorges, the Bugarach peak, and more.



From our property, the more active among you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and discovering a region rich in history and monuments.



Our accommodation consists of a bright living room of about 40 m² (WiFi, good phone reception, television, equipped kitchen), a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.



In addition, an adjoining carport opening onto the private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, equipped with a plancha, offers you a pleasant viewpoint.



A wood-fired barbecue is also at your disposal for your grills.



The property's pool, reserved for guests of our unique gite (8 m x 4 m) and secured for children, allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation and rest, while admiring the panorama over the valley.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Pros: Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le gîte du berger Paris, gîte très bien équipé en pleine nature au calme et à proximité de nombreuses visites châteaux, thermes etc.. Marie-Line très à l'écoute de ses vacanciers. Merci pour ce séjour.

Pros: Exceptionnel! Marie-Line et Marc sont des hôtes merveilleux. Marie-Line est une personne magnifique : à l'écoute, aux petits soins pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Présente, attentionnée et discrète en même temps! Bref, nous avons adoré! De plus, la petite maison top! fraîchement rénovée où il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour : une pièce de vie spacieuse et agréable avec une cuisine équipée moderne, une grande salle de bain avec une grande douche à l'italienne, des chambres fraîches et confortables. Une terrasse privative avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les ruines de Coustaussa! Nous y avons pris tous nos repas tellement on s'y sentait bien! Nous y avons passé de supers soirées à écouter les bruits de la nature et la faune. Si vous aimez : le calme, la campagne, le chant du coq et les petits animaux de la ferme, la convivialité, alors n'hésitez pas, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas!

Lieu magique pour tous les amoureux de la nature et de plus si vous avez des enfants ils seront ench

Pros: Lieu magique pour tous les amoureux de la nature et de plus si vous avez des enfants ils seront enchantés entre Scooby le chien, les oies, les lapins, la balançoire... Ils ne manquent pas de quoi s'occuper ! On peut aller à pied jusqu'à Rennes le château par des petits sentiers magnifiques, vous avez également une vue imprenable sur les ruines de Coustaussa. Sans oublier ce merveilleux couple d'hôtes qui vous font un accueil des plus chaleureux et vous prépare un petit nid douillet des plus cocooning retapé avec goût. Ils se soucient de votre confort et font tout pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréables. Bref tout y est, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir. Pros: Superbe gîte alliant confort, modernité et authenticité. C'est dans un cadre bucolique et champêtre très agréable que nous ont reçu Marie-Line et Marc, deux hôtes charmants et disponibles. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, neuf, très propre et au calme. Nous avons été séduits par l'environnement et l'emplacement: nombreuse activités nature à faire en famille (randonnées, découverte des animaux, termes, sport d'eau vive etc.). Un séjour détente avec notre fils de 7 ans où nous avons pu profiter des produits locaux et découvrir cette magnifique région. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et y retournerons avec plaisir. Ravis des lieux & de l’environnement naturel de ce beau gite de charme neuf (photos conformes) On a profité des randonnées & visites du patrimoine puis barbecue, piscine.
