Acho que nunca fiquei em um hotel tão mal conservado na vida. As fotos são completamente enganadoras, devem ter sido tiradas há 10 anos. As instalações do hotel estão totalmente deterioradas, desde as áreas comuns até o quarto. Paredes mal pintadas, tomadas soltas, portas danificadas… não é só um hotel velho, ele é muito mal cuidado. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, na janela do corredor do meu quarto tinha uma teia de aranha do tamanho da janela. Algumas pessoas da equipe extremamente mal educadas, a recepcionista nem bom dia respondia.

O hotel é bom, mas exceto o segurança e a camareira... o resto da equipe de funcionários deixa muito a desejar. Viajei com um bebê... pedi um PRATO para ele comer a comida dele e disseram que não podia ceder, após muita insistência me deram um Pires de muita má vontade. A equipe demonstrou zero empatia. Parecia que estava sendo obrigado de estar lá. A localização é ótima. Quartos limpos e café da manhã bom.

Fiz checkin por volta das 23;00 , exausto depois de um dia inteiro de viagem . Na recepção tive um atendimento , frio , antipático e demorado. Ao entra no quarto disponibilizado , percebi que o chão estava ensebado , escorregando do quarto todo . Uma sujeira , alem de instalacões velha e o piso todo escorregadio. Mesmo cansado tive q e descer e pedir outro quarto pq estava inviável , nojento . Desci cansado e aguardei o msm atendimento ruim me dar outro quarto . No mesmo andar, tb sujo , adentrei o novo quarto com isntalacões velhas e mal limpas . Ja no cafe da manha , nao tinha nenhum suco de fruta , nem da época , nem regionais , so um refresco. Na volta para o quarto , tentando trabalha r nao consegui estabilidade na internet , cheguei a pagar um late checkout para fazer uma reunião a tarde após o checkin e nao tenho estabilidade na internet para fazer a reunião tranquilamente . Ao reclamar , a recpçnao pediu para TI solucionar e nao tive retorno . Ao questionar sobre gerência e pq estava toa largado , fui informado que nao tem plantão de gerente no hotel. e poucos funcionários das conta sozinhos. Sem suporte e atenção de uma pessoas da ger3encia. Lamentável . Pessima experiencia alem dos prejuízos financeiros e profissionais. Tentando entra em contato para solucionar esse problema. Aguardo

A limpeza do quarto estava impecável, cheiro bem agradável; toalhas e lençóis limpos; a equipe de funcionários são agradáveis e respeitosos; o café da manhã é satisfatório e conta com estacionamento privativo no qual vc mesmo aciona o portão para abrir e sair, não precisa ficar esperando abrirem, achei isso interessante. O local também é bastante silencioso e tranquilo. Ótimo para descansar!!!

Me parece um hotel que já foi bom e está precisando de reparos, mas levando em consideração o preço excelente ainda é uma boa opção. A melhor coisa: tem restaurante que te serve café, qlmoco e jantar. E a comida é bem boa! Segunda melhor coisa: localização. Maior falha: a limpeza do banheiro é uma lástima… tinha cheiro de banheiro de rodoviária, tinha tanto mofo dentro do box que parecia uma plantinha. Isso me incomodou bastante. E é uma coisa barata e fácil de corrigir, só basta cobrar mais atenção da equipe de limpeza. A roupa de cama cheirava a suor, principalmente travesseiro. Não sei se era a fronha ou o travesseiro. Só consegui dormir depois de cobrir com uma roupa limpa minha. Às vezes vale a pena lavar os travesseiros periodicamente, usar uma capa além da fronha… No quarto em que fiquei, só a tomada de televisão funcionava… não dava pra assistir tv e carregar o celular ao mesmo tempo. Mas como eu disse no começo: se colocamos na balança o preço e os problemas, acho que ainda vale a pena. E o restaurante, para mim, foi o que mais pesou positivamente!
