O interfone do meu quarto estava quebrado. Toda vez que precisava falar com a recepção, tinha que sair do quarto e ir pessoalmente. Disseram que poderia me comunicar pelo whatsapp. Enviei mensagens e não respondiam. A fechadura eletrônica da porta do quarto apresentou defeito e o hotel não tinha manutencista, pois era fim de semana. Toda vez que precisava entrar no quarto, algum funcionário da portaria tinha que me acompanhar com uma ferramenta para abrir. O quarto que fiquei não tinha muito isolamento acústico e a criatura que estava hospedada no andar de cima arrastava os móveis a noite inteira e não consegui dormir direito. Como o interfone estava quebrado e a fechadura também, não pude reclamar na recepção. O carpete do corredor tinha mofo. No domingo, o local onde é servido o café da manhã, a área é insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes. Tive dificuldade de encontrar mesa e vi muitas pessoas em pé aguardando. A informação da taxa de estacionamento (30,00/dia) fica disponível no site da Hoteis.com, porém em um local sem muita visibilidade. Se eu tivesse visto, teria escolhido outro hotel com toda certeza. Os demais pontos foram satisfatórios.

O hotel é bem organizado, a equipe é muito simpática e cuidadosa e o quarto é fiel ao anúncio. Gostei muito! O fato do hotel ser próximo a um shopping também é bom. Quando eu fui, estava tendo festa por perto pela noite, mas não me incomodou. Quem prefere silêncio talvez se incomode apesar de eu achar difícil encontrar um local 100% silencioso em capital.

No quarto em que entrei (713) estava com o AC sem gelar, com algum mal funcionamento, entao fui redirecionado ao quarto (601) que estava em perfeito funcionamento. No hotel o controle de entrada e saida é feito por 2 recepcionistas e uma pessoa que organiza o estacionamento e fica atento as portas. Tive uma abordagem por um recepcionista que ao me pedir para confirmar minha estadia, foi interrompido pela colega ao lado(outra recepcionista) informando que havia me visto e que eu estava na unidade desde o dia anterior, mesmo assim ele não convencido continuou pedindo meu CPF, pediu para que eu confirmasse duas vezes o numero do quarto atual, nao gostei da forma como agiu, mostrou despreparo e falta de empatia com o proximo.

Fiquei hospedado por um mês no hotel e o que mais me marcou foi a atenção da equipe, que sempre se mostrou pronta para ajudar, antecipando necessidades e resolvendo qualquer questão com agilidade e clareza. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, mas é o atendimento que eleva o padrão. Voltarei com a certeza de que serei bem atendido novamente.
