Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

Negativo: - check out extremamente lento com mais de 10 min de espera, pois só deixam uma pessoa atendendo e o atendimento era eterno. Os quartos precisam de melhor atenção. O primeiro quarto estava com problema na fechadura e no chuveiro. A manutenção não tinha condições de resolver de imediato. A troca do quarto foi feita no dia seguinte. Embora a recepção tenha pedido desculpas pelo incômodo tivemos que tomar banho frio na primeira noite.
