Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

A localização é boa. O café mediano. Até tem uma variedade, mas falta sabor. Inclusive nem tinha lugar para sentar inicialmente. Negativo: - check out extremamente lento com mais de 10 min de espera, pois só deixam uma pessoa atendendo e o atendimento era eterno. Quando chega minha vez de atendimento, é outro parto para concluir - elevadores lentos - o rooftop é todo bagunçado e nem o funcionário sabe o horário que inicia o atendimento
