The personal need to be friendly and show excitement. The lady at from when we arrived was cold and before she finishes we us she took care other people. Hope this will help to improve the service. I would say that is very negative, for the hotel, even though everything else was exceptional!

Checking in was friendly and fast. Our room was clean. PLEASE PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS. This is not a luxury amenity, people need them to clean themselves. Also, how are you stocking shower gel and no wash cloth to use it? Make it make sense. Breakfast was good.
