The staff were polite enough but the first room that I was given was filthy. There were nasty wet spots all over the sheets, some sticky substance on top of the table, the carpeting was in terrible shape and filthy, dirty, and it smelled like nothing but cleaning chemicals, even though I didn't even look like the room had been touched. I was given another room, which I suppose was clean enough, but I got no sleep due to the constant banging from up above me, which I could only assume since it lasted all night long was employees preparing for and doing their jobs. I didn't take the time to figure out what caused all the disturbance, all I can think about was canceling my second night, requesting a full refund, which I was denied and was given no refund, and switching over to La Quinta. I recommend anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel to stay at La Quinta because not only was it beautifully maintained inside and out, the room was immaculate and super comfortable, and well worth the $40 a night extra that I paid. The management is Super 8 should be ashamed of themselves for the terrible conditions of their hotel first of all, but also having no consideration for the customer and the complaints that they receive, and not taking a single step to make things right with me. I will never return to this hotel, and I'm going to leave this review everywhere that I can to warn people that this is not a place you want to stay, not even if you're desperate.

The gal that helped me was extremely nice and did a great job. The one bed in the room is suckin in definitley needs an upgrade. The whole facility could use an upgrade though. Thanks for the stay though it was great

Room was dirty, hole in the bathtub that was big and had tape over it, hole in wall by toilet. Towels were small and only two in a room with two beds, we had 3 people staying. Staff was rude when asked for an extra towel. Only a thin blanket was on the beds and it is winter time in Utah. When I asked for an extra blanket I was told “we do not have any extra”. Pool had so much chlorine that the smell was so strong the whole front area of the hotel smelled. Swimming made your eyes burn from the fumes.

The beds were comfortable and the overall room was nice but the carpet was filthy with a lo t of stains. A half hour with a rug scrubber would have made all the difference.

The blankets and towels had black stains on them, I'm assuming makeup, although the blanket looked like a burn stain of sorts. The pillows also made for a hard night's sleep. They lumped in odd places. But the pool was nice, and I had it all to myself! It was extremely quiet in the room in regards to neighbors. The staff were very nice as well.
