Welcome to one of our most amenity-packed condos that we offer in Salt Lake City. This stunning 3-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation rental offers a true urban sanctuary, where every detail has been meticulously crafted for unparalleled comfort and style.



Step into spacious, open-concept living areas with soaring ceilings, designer furnishings, and large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer captivating views of the cityscape. With all-new exquisite furnishings and plush beds, this condo has everything that is sure to please even the most discerning traveler.



The Space:

The home is a corner unit in the building, giving it a more spacious floorplan and natural light from multiple directions. Enjoy a great night's rest when you sink into one of the premium king and queen-sized memory gel beds dressed in high-thread-count linens. There are two full bathrooms complete with full-sized shower/tub combos along with complimentary toiletries and plush towels. A private balcony provides a secluded outdoor oasis to enjoy a quiet reprieve above the bustling streets.



The impressive list of amenities in this luxury building includes a large yoga studio and a commercial-quality gym that includes plenty of free-weights and cardio machines. Enjoy the Precor Chrono bikes in the spin studio, with complimentary Spivi virtual trainer, or store your own bike in the indoor bike storage room. Then spend your post-recreation recovery time in the two luxury dry-saunas. Enjoy a drink with your friends in the speakeasy lounge that is located behind a hidden door somewhere in the building, which we will provide instructions on how to find. Or relax on one of the hammocks or floating beds that are located in the outdoor Zen garden. If you need a professional office space to conduct work meetings, set up shop in the complimentary club room that is located in the speakeasy. Finally, finish the day up on the rooftop observatory that looks out over the city skyline and has breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains that seem close enough to touch.



We provide one free parking space in the building for vehicles that are up to 84" wide and no more than 70" tall. It's a mechanical parking structure and we'll provide instructions on how to access it. For vehicles that are too large to fit in this free parking space, we have an overflow lot across the street that will fit just about any vehicle, but it requires a small fee certain times of year.



Guest Access:

We have a highly secure parking garage with cutting-edge automated mechanical parking (see the pictures on this listing). If you have an oversized SUV or a van, we can provide parking across the street in our overflow lot, which may cost a little bit extra certain times of year.

We received excellent communication throughout. We loved the upper deck and grill area. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to Trader Joe’s, Trolley Square, the Trax and a quick drive to downtown and the University of Utah. Thank you for your hospitality.

Communication was great before, during and after our stay. The indoor parking, spin room and saunas were bonus amenities. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had more dishes, glasses, pans, etc. than we've had at anywhere else we've stayed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens. We look forward to a future stay.
