At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanitize! Home to 4 world class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Clean comfy quiet

This is a cute guest house. It was VERY clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. They have some lovely flowers blooming. They have lights shining on the staircase which is helpful at night. We look forward to staying here again!

Christmas/New Year’s family skiing

Perfect spot for our small group. Everything was as described in listing and was on the most beautiful little lane, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located for easy travel to Solitude/Brighton. Property was very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Encountered an issue with the toilet handle however I was able to repair. We were also not aware that the one bathroom was downstairs and the bedrooms were upstairs .
