The hot tub was dirty. The scum on the hot tub wall was disgusting. There was so much chlorine that youre eyes burned and couldn't keep them open. The doors to each buldind are broken so sometimes you got locked out and had to walk all the way around to get in. The sleeper sofa was beyond uncomfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on nothing. For the cost of a room, it was not worth it at all

Friendly, clean and quick responses to requests. Harvey in maintenance was friendly and quickly resolved our heating question. Front desk and breakfast teams were helpful and friendly. Stayed last year and again this year due to their staff. Would recommend staying here especially if in the area for the conference center.
