Overall, a great stay in Salt Lake City. On-site restaurant and bar opens at 630AM and is open pretty late. About 15 minutes from the airport and close to Temple Square. Friendly staff, very professional. Clean, nice amenities, quiet. No complaints!

Property was mostly clean. Some areas in our room that weren't. Staff was friendly and seemed helpful. Restaurant was good. Bed was super soft and had a big dip were my back was. I slept upside down after figuring out that it was better, not great but better. I didn't sleep at all the first night. Shower head was broken and wouldn't stay in place. Even after repair I still had to have my husband hold it so i could shower. The person checking us in told us she put us away from the elevator so we could have quiet. She didn't tell us she put us right on top of the train tracks. The train runs from early morning until after midnight.

We were upset to pay $350 a night to go to a conference and the room was barely average. There was no coffee or anything for breakfast , no pool , no hot tub. The location ‘s proximity to the convention center and nice shopping is the only good thing about the property. Definitely over paid for a 2 star type property.
