Heater didn’t work in the room, pillows smelled of mildew & the so called breakfast the next morning is a joke. Will not be staying there again anytime I’m going through Salt Lake in the future.

Found a red solo cup along with hairs on the pillow cases certain furniture pieces were still dirty. Flight got canceled so wasnt in the mood for going back and forth bit the bullet and stayed the night or else we wouldve went elsewhere. Staff was fine though.

The room was fine. No ice machine on the floor we stayed, even though the services book said there was. My only real complaint is customer service severely lacked. Quick, short, sterile responses and not helpful. The bathrooms are very small.

Charges $30 to check in 1 hr early. Told us we could check out 1 hr later, got 3 knocks on the door telling us to leave. Front door guy didnt know where we could fill our waters. The first room we had we switched within 5 minutes due to the smell.

Room was clean, staff very nice, plenty of parking. Only "problem" is there are stairs that must be taken from the parking lot into the hotel. Not terrible, just might be difficult for some people.

We chose to stay here because it was in walking distance of the concert venue. The rooms are smaller than average, and we were not allowed a late check-out. The location was convenient, but the hotel itself was sub-par unfortunately.

Room was fairly clean, although we did notice that there were things under one of the beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Room was quiet. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Overall very pleased with stay.

My stay went very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow their's. I was attending a conference during my stay so I didn't use any other than my room. Their breakfast was good. Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was available. Older hotel but it worked for what I needed.

The rooms are clean and the staff is really nice. It's located within a mile of the Salt Palace and right on a bus line.
