This is definitely Not 3* hotel as indicated on hotels.com site. It is in desperate need of updating. The carpet is looks filthy and has been replaced in areas with a completely different pattern/design and color. Original carpeting is shades of brown & yellow The replacement/patch is with blue and white that's so dingy it's grey. There was broken furniture (chair) in the room, torn bed skirt and backed up shower. Would have liked there to have been a shower caddy. This not what we'd expect from Quality Inn brand. We did find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

This place looks completely outdated and is falling apart. The bed had tears, there were stains on the sheets and the walls, and I was verbally harassed by someone who was loitering outside. I decided to cancel my booking and leave; I did not feel safe staying there

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. I paid $200, didn’t even want to sit on the bed while I booked a different hotel and left immediately. I opened the door and the room smelled like dirty feet. It looks decent from outside but don’t even waste your money, this place should be illegal.

I didn't like anything about the property. There were clearly drug users, hookers and other whack jobs hanging around inside and outside the facility. Security seemed to be totally compromised, even in the gated parking lot. The staff were rude and not helpful. Maybe the bullet proof glass surrounding them should have been the 1st clue. The room itself was filthy. There were cigarette burns and stains on the bed covering, filth on the walls, and the furniture was dingy and warn. This place was so bad I opted to forfeit my room fee and drive the 4 hours necessary to get home in the dark after a long day of driving and appointments, rather than risk getting mugged in the hallway or carjacked getting into my car. Never again - this place sucks!

This property stated that the bedding is a queen and it is actually a full and the bed is hard. The room smells. The room is not clean, I found other people‘s hair in the restroom and on the bedding. There was food splashed on the wall. The service is horrible. No one there speaks proper English, or can understand your request. And the worst part of it all the walls are so thin you can hear other people‘s conversations and those walking above your floor. I was not able to get an ounce of sleep. I had to file a report with the front desk representative, who eventually moved us rooms at 1 AM. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend this property to anyone overall, it was a horrible experience and not worth the money I paid. I will definitely be filing a dispute. I took plenty of pictures of the room and how dirty it was kept. I also recorded all the banging From other rooms.
