This was, without exaggeration, the most disgusting and unsafe hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room itself was a nightmare—there were actual boogers smeared on the walls that looked like they had been there for weeks, maybe months. The door didn’t even shut properly, leaving me feeling unsafe and exposed the entire night. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the location was unbearable. Trains thundered by at all hours of the night, shaking the room and making sleep impossible. And in the parking lot? A full-blown domestic violence situation erupted right outside, with shouting and chaos that the hotel staff did absolutely nothing about. This place isn’t just dirty—it’s unsafe and clearly poorly managed. No one should ever have to pay money to stay somewhere that feels like both a health hazard and a danger to personal safety. Save yourself the nightmare and stay far, far away from this dump.

The photos on the web site made it look nice. It was not as nice in person. I’m not a hotel snob, as long as it’s clean I’m good. We upgraded to a jacuzzi tub and it was all chipped which made it look dirty and the jets looked dirty so I didn’t even try. Older than the pictures show. But it wasn’t “dirty” and the staff was nice enough.

The facilities were fine. The room was clean and looked as advertised. We checked into our room and the tv wasn’t working. We messaged the front desk and she tried with the master remote and had the same issue. She then moved us to another room. Same problem. We had been driving all day and didn’t feel like moving again, and figured it must be a facility wide issue, so we just used our phones to watch tv. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant - nothing fancy but definitely clean and quiet.

First morning I went to get the “free” breakfast I noticed a homeless man grabbing food and milk, I was discussed and horrified. Not only that but also they haven’t refunded the pet fee since I ended up not having a pet with me. Every time I call the front desk they keep saying it takes a few more days but nothing gets returned…it’s been a month since I checked out and spoke to the manager and he said he was refunding me but nothing has happened.

The bathroom walls were dirty and the faucets in the shower were loose and comming out of the wall. Also I complained that someone was smoking on the property as the 2nd floor hallway smelled heavily of Marijuana and cigarettes. When i complained I was rudely told by a male associate that there was no way to find out who was doing it. This happened all 4 days i was there. Most of the time i kept a towel at the bottom of the door as if i did not my room would smell of the Marijuana and cigarettes. If you zoom into the pictures iI attached you will see what i am talking about.

Called to inquire about pool rules and gentlemen who answered was very short and to the point. Effective but not very customer service friendly, if you get what i mean. Smoking area was out back on the other side of the wall next to the pool, which was annoying.
