The staff was kind and perfect. They made this stay as enjoyable as they could. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are thin as paper and we were near the front desk and elevator. All night we heard other guests check in and use the elevator. I was woken up at least once every hour. Some guests were extremely loud at check-in and you could hear entire conversations they were having. My issues are specific to the extremely thin walls and the noise level of other guests. I called in the morning and asked for a late checkout (without stating any complaints) and was offered an hour later checkout. The staff really was great and this could have been a better stay if the building was more insulated.

It was great! Very helpful and friendly. Clean. Only thing was the bed was to hard for me, and you have to bring your on cooking pans and plates. I would stay again for sure.

We travel a lot for work and always look for a my place along our way to our destinations. My place never fails us. Always super clean, staff extremely kind and helpful. They are always accommodating when it comes to our 4 year old German shepherd. We always request ground floor room closest to lobby it’s just easier to use the automatic doors rather then opening the heavy doors as he gets a little nervous. .

There is a $lOO (I can’t type numbers apparently) deposit you have to put down when you check-in. My room was only $eightone. I feel annoyed as I don’t get my money back for 10 days after checkout and I only stayed one night as I was roadtripping through the area. This deposit wasn’t listed anywhere as a requirement when making the reservation. I’d skip this hotel and stay at another one in the area. If you’re going to advertise low prices—make it actually cheap, and not with hidden fees once guests arrive.
