I booked 5 rooms for my husband and his clients to come and attend the RedWest festival. The front desk argued with his clients and wouldn't let them check into the hotel because the room was booked under my husband's name. My husband called and talked to the front desk and told them the specific names of the guests, and they STILL argued. Food was extremely expensive and not good. Mixed drinks were terrible. The worst of it was the shower/Tub was extremely slick with soap and water. So slick that my husband fell and broke his ribs and injured his arm. I told the front desk and they said "we'll note that" Rooms were nice, housekeeper was pleasant, location was ok. But probably won't stay here again. I expected better service and nicer staff. Not at this property unfortunately.
