Had bad odor in hallways, and room smelled like smoke. Also, there appeared to be at least 2 squatters (people living there without keys to the room) who would leave their doors propped open with the do not disturb sign. Didn’t feel as safe for families with small kids.

They gave me a no show with no warning because I did not show up exactly at check in time, they had booked all the rooms despite me having booked a room many months prior, DO NOT STAY HERE because they were no help and I had to go find another hotel to stay at and as of writing this, I have gotten no refund from them. Terrible service and adds unnecessary stress to your travels.
