There were some issues with our keys not unlocking our door requiring us to return to the front desk a few times (ultimately switching rooms). The front desk employees should be mindful and not say the room number out loud. Especially if it’s a woman checking in.

Smoke detector went off all night. Upon trying to call 3 times no one answered. I finally went downstairs and wasn't offered a new room or nothing. Go to shower and there's 2 towels when I asked if that was standard she said there are suppose to be 4. It wasn't just me in the room. Staff was not understanding or helpful until I got the girl when I was leaving and she was absolutely amazing. I was better off trying to sleep in the chair in my daughter's hospital room.
