Another Hotels.com blender

I have mentioned this many times and reviews for Hotels.com. They’re rating system sucks. This hotel was rated far above what it was. The rooms were in poor condition and dirty. Ghetto part of town and I will never stay there again. I consistently question why I use this site for reservations.
