Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Could not get in. Double booked and so we had to pick another apartment owned in the same building. Not clean or in my opinion ready to be used as Vrbo Construction not complete. Air handler next to bed sounded like a plane taking off. Could not sleep. Notified the owner we were not staying there the next 43 nights. He told us to cancel on the confirmation page which said not possible. He said he was still working on trying to get us a refund but vrbo was not helpful. Better get this resolved soon.
